[FAS2720] Shared volumes are displayed as hidden files

Hello

FAS2720A 9.10.1P7 version.

Create a shared volume with the NAS service and the IP band of the service line is 192.168.X.X.X. A temporary IP line (LIF) that can access the same shared volume was made to 1.1.1.3.

I gave the Backup Server 1.1.1.5 IP and accessed the shared volume to store a large number of files.

After that, if you connect to 192.168.X.X and check the volume, all the files are hidden. And when I connect to the shared volume with 1.1.1.5, I can't see any files. You can only see that the capacity is full.

When you turn off the hidden mark by accessing 192.168.X.X, you will not see any files in 1.1.1.

The security type that created VSERVER is unix and the security type of the volume is ntfs.

We need help with this situation.

Thank you.

Could you share the screenshots of what you have observed ?

Deleting and recreating the current volume to copy the backup file again.

If the same thing happens after copying, I'll tell you again
