I have a used FAS6220 and I don't know the IP on the management port. How do I access it without ONTAP?

Get a console cable (there probably are USB adapters) and use a standard serial connection. https://kb.netapp.com/onprem/ontap/hardware/What_baud_rate_do_NetApp_controller_serial_console_connections_support
You'll need a 9600 Baud cable.

Could you please elaborate ? What is your objective here. If the IP is not available or no one knows in your IT department, then you will need to physically access the filer and re-configure it.
