Factory Reset: No Boot Process Menu

I'm trying to factory reset a FAS2240-4.  I can ONLY get to the storage processor.  I know I'm supposed to be able to get to a screen that is similar to the info shown below:

AMI BIOS8 Modular BIOS

BIOS Version 6.1

4096MB RAM installed

CPU Type: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU                  @ 1.66GHz

when I boot, I get a blank screen.  If I press CTRL+G after the fans spin down, I get the service processor command window and can submit commands to the device.  I therefore know that my Terminal Session is set up correctly.  I cannot, however get access to the System Console.  If I try to open the system console window from the SP command session, I get a non-responsive cursor.  Doesn't respond to anything I do.  SP command session works just fine.

Help?  I need to get this reset as quickly as I can.

Doesn't sound like anything we're going to find in the manual.  Try a quick call into Support and hopefully someone can step you through the fix:
