Hello, I found that the "CECC Count" in the memory has a counting state when I checked. Should I replace it or wait until the counting reaches a certain upper limit?

My device model is FAS8200 and the system version is 9.7P22

Short answer... do not replace the DIMM.
See: How to troubleshoot correctable memory errors on FAS and AFF systems
For your platform and ONTAP version, specifically see: Correctable memory errors in ONTAP with dynamic thresholds
