Node Create failed : ONTAP Select

Hello, I'm trying to deploy a single node Cluster (with evaluation license) ontap select 9.2 on ESX 5.5 (udape 3) with SAN disks (HP 3PAR) The node deployment failed with the following message : "NodeCreateFailed: Node "chgvavnapt21" create failed: Error during configuration of vnics: InvalidRequestFault." I would appreciate it if someone can help me.

It looks like you need ESX 6.0
