There are not enough spare disks error

Hi Guys,

I've taken over the management  NetApp filer, but I don't have a huge amount of experence with NetApp .

I've meet the following error:  "There are not enough spare disks. /aggr2/plex0/rg4: Please add spare disks supporting block checksums with minimum size: Used 2".

This is on a FAS3050.

Could you give me any suggestions?

Aggr2 disk is 15000 rpm, We have 26 10000 rpm spare disks .

Hi,

I'm new with netapp as well, but what I've understand, there should be two spare (at least one)  disks and those spare disks should be simular as your data disks.
