There do not appear to be any disks attached to the system

Hello,

I have an FAS2020 active-active with a failed PSU. After the replacement of PSU2, I keep receiving this warning: 'there do not appear to be any disks attached to the system. No root volume found.' and it keeps rebooting itself. At a closer look I've managed to figure that the state of the SAS adapter 0c is down. It currently has 3 PHY States:

PHY  STATE

0      Disabled

1      Disabled

2      Disabled

3      3.0 Gb/s

On the other controller, the PHY states of the SAS adapter are all UP with 3.0 Gb/s state. All disks are now connected to the first controller (takeover). How can I change the state of the 0 to 2 PHY from disabled to 3.0Gb/s?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Lucian

Unfortunately we still have this problem. For now, we've removed the machine from production.

It looks like the disk shelf cabling are probably not seated in all the way, can you check that?
