bmc on the 3210

there does not seem to be a bmc controller for offline management of the fas 3210.

is there another way to access fas3210 for offline ontap upgrade access?

On 32XX series the replacement of BMC is Service Processor (SP), it's function remains same as before however this is newer technology and can do some monitoring and other function also. Use below command to check more details.

ctrl1>sp status

The Service Processor (SP) provides remote management capabilities, including console redirection, logging, and power control. It also extends AutoSupport by sending additional system event alerts. The AutoSupport settings are used for sending these alerts through e-mails over the SP LAN interface.
