Ontap 9.7 S3 training licenses

We would need to use S3 vsm as a part of a project.

It would be best to "train" a bit on the simulator (9.9.1)

If I try to go the master key on the my support site (https://mysupport.netapp.com/NOW/knowledge/docs/olio/guides/master_lickey/ , I'm just redirected to the mysupport homepage without any error message.

Could it be that, as a partner, we are not allowed to view this page?

Any help would be appreciated

Not 100% sure on that honestly,  try opening a p4 non-technical case or reach out to your TPM maybe?
