I checked https://mysupport.netapp.com/site/tools/tool-eula/simulate-ontap/download but only latest simulator present here for download.

Hi @PRIYANKAADSUL 

AFAIK legacy / older versions of the ONTAP Simulator are not made available and generally the tool aligns to to what ONTAP software is actively supported still by NetApp.
