Unable download the ONTAP Simulator

Trying to download the simulator, but nothing happen when I click on the "ACCEPT & CONTINUE" button.

Is the site down?

Works fine here, I tried 9.6 & 9.7 on both chrome & firefox. Could be something momentarily, can you try again ?

Still not working.  Is it because I am a guest user without a license associated?

Yes, guest user cannot. Guest level access on the support site is very limited.
