While trying to configure the SMI-S Agent on windows server 2008 R2 Standard edition, we are facing issues while connecting to NetApp storage.
Getting the following error.
smis add netapp1 smis_user
password: ********
Failed to add netapp1
cimcli CIMException: Cmd= ci Object= ONTAP_FilerData Code= 1
CIM_ERR_FAILED: ProviderLoadFailure: (C:\Program Files (x86)\NetApp\smis\pegasus/bin/ONTAP_FilerData.dll:ONTAP_FilerData):Cannot load library, error: 14001
troubleshooting done till now,
Added Microsoft C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable maintenance which was missing on our server
restarted cmiserver multiple times
