Backup fail - Windows File System / Netapp SanpProtect ----- Error Code: [32:392]

Greetings.

 

I'm facing an issue about using SanpProtect Windows File System to backup files from VM.

My Version is v11.

 

Error Code: [32:392] Description: Device passed in for operation is not a NetApp device OR the NetApp filer credentials haven't been entered OR the NetApp filer credential
have been entered incorrectly. Please check if the subclient content is on a NetApp volume/the NetApp filer credentials. : [[\\.\PhysicalDrive1] is not a NetApp device OR
the NetApp filer credentials haven't been entered OR the NetApp filer credential have been entered incorrectly. Please check the subclient content/NetApp filer credentials.]

Hey @liangli ,

how did you solved this issue?
I have the same error message from commvault.
We are using NetApp LUNs for VMware Datastores, which are getting backed up by Commvault.
