We need to recovery some files/folder from a share unit created in Netapp VMware environment.
Do you have the procedure or how to do it this operation?
I'm trying to follow the next procedure but I don't know if is the correct one.

When I enten in the Windows server, which manage VmWare environment, I can not see any software for do it.
I heard that is possible to download a software for map the Netapp HDD as windows unit (at least with Lacie systems) and after check with a recovery file software deleted files Do you know it? Is it possible?
