How do you know how many questions DON'T ever make it to the community forums because of training and/or manuals or other research? Some places can't afford to train their staff and some users are not familiar enough with the products or the technology to know even where to start in the manual.
From a course perspective I'd say to attend at least the Ontap Admin Training (Fundamentals) and then something tailored to NetApp and VMware, if your local course provider offers this.
