Replicate VM data from on-premises to Vmware on AWS

Hi all,
A quick question...
We have a customer running on-premises VMware VMs.
They want to replicate (block-level) the data to VMware on AWS and use the data / VMs in AWS.
Is this already possible with NetApp technology?

I am looking for replication, not migration. So periodic updates from on-premises to AWS for VMware VMs.
