VSC 2.1 Error installing.

Hi

I'm trying to install VSC 2.1. On a windows 2008 r2 runningrunning vsphere 4.1 u1. It seems to install ok How ever the when i go to go to register the plugin by going to

http://localhost:8143/register.html

It says page cannot be displayed. If i run the wrapper.exe as administrator

Then go to the webpage i get

HTTP ERROR 403

Problem accessing /register.html. Reason:

    FORBIDDEN

Attached is a copy of the output from running wrapper.exe

Try using http://localhost:8143/Register.html with a "R" instead of "r"

Have a look if the service is running

If the service isn't running and if start is stops again change account the service is running with to a administrator account
