Hello! I have encountered with the "Failed to sync data on replica devices. SRA command 'syncOnce' failed. Unknown error. Check SRM log files for verification of errors" during a failover test using array based replication.
Checking SRA logs from DR, I see that the sync command is successfully invoked and a Task ID is provided to SRM. The issue in on the second poll on the task (SRM asking if the task is done), that is when the error happens.

Has anyone encountered this type of issue before? Any help would be highly appreciated.
There are several issues that can cause similar messages to the one you shared. One common one is when there is not enough time for the operation. Increase the timeout from the default 300 seconds to a larger value and run the test again. Let us know the results.
