NetApp Shift Toolkit download

Hello-

I am trying to download and open the NetApp Shift Toolkit installation from this link:

https://mysupport.netapp.com/site/tools/tool-eula/netapp-shift-toolkit/download

However, after the zip file downloads I am unable to open it. I have tried from multiple browsers, systems and networks, all with the same result (error in attached screenshot).

Any assistance is appreciated.

Hi Derek,

I tested the download for both the offline and update .zip files and was able to successfully extract the files.  Do you get the same error if you attempt to unzip the file using another application like 7-Zip or Winzip?

Thank you for the reply! Yes, I just tested using winzip and also get an error (attached). I have tried on a completely different network and system, same result. Very strange, but at least I know its not an actual issue with the zip file. Thanks!

It looks like this was a browser issue. It didn't work from Edge, but it worked from Firefox.

That's very strange. I just downloaded it using Edge on Windows 11 and was able to unzip. I am connected over our corporate VPN, not sure if it matters.

I'm glad you were able to get past the download issue and move on with your migration.
