If we are mounting hard mounts with intr and we have a vfiler and then activate a vfiler DR- do all the clients have to unmount and remount nfs? ANd if so, why? The ip is different from Prod and DR? But, the NFS clients are mounting FQDN

Is this for a DR test or a real DR You are looking to flip over and run in alternative site and them flip back? Also, you have to make sure that unless you are using some form of SVM-DR in 8.3.1, all resources will have to get recreated in DR, either via manual or script (shares,exports, junctions, etc)

Yes, you can figure out pretty easily which volume is producing the most ops and go from there. priv set adv stats show -n 50 -i 1 volume:*:total_ops Also, high CPU doesn't always mean a bad thing.. check it out with sysstat -M 1

If I understand you correctly, you are trying to use a TDP relationship to peer a snapvault secondary to cDOT. Unless something has changed, I don't beleive that is supported. Check the message file

Whomever ordered the systems ordered them wrong. They should have been ordered with 7-mode SKU and not cDOT sku. But, since it's a new system, just call support and they will walk you thru

Two scenarios, OCUM 6.3 for cDOT and 7-mode First, 7-mode, is there a way to setup user quota alerts in DFM, where DFM pulls the mail attribute directly from Active Directory, or the way it works in 7-mode, you have to manually entire each users email address? For cDOT, same question as above, with OCUM 6.3, can we setup AD to pull mail attribute so when it sees user based quotas, it can email user directly? Thanks
