Hello everyone.
A customer want to upgrade a AFF A220 machine from ONTAP 9.6 to 9.15. The specific machine have a active SSP warrantee, from the Support Site on the tab Systems-> Software Version Support i see that the 9.6ver is under the End of Self-Service Support. So my question is, if we start the upgrade process and that process failed any reason. We will be able to open a support request for the specific machine for this problem? I already read the upgrade process, i will provide screenshots.
