I downloaded and installed the OneCollect 1.9 exe file on a Windows Server 2016. There were no issues with the install or health check of a cluster. I do not find Windows 2016 listed in the setup guide so all the features may not have been tested. Maybe someone that is using in a production environment with Windows 2016 will chime in.
If you do have any issues please create a ticket to report the issue.
