Change Gateway IP on mgmt port on cluster interconnect Cisco Nexus 3132Q-V

Hi,

I need to change the GW on the mgmt port on the NetApp Cisco Nexus 3132Q-V cluster interconnect switch. Does anyone have the command list for how to accomplish this?
