Create Volume With Efficiency, Inline Dedup, etc

Does any know how to enable specific efficiency options when creating a new volume? For example, inline deduplication, cross-volume inline deduplication, and others? I'm referring to options that aren't available by default in the NetApp 'Create Volume' command.

Somethings you need to be in advanced modes,  others like aggr wide dedupe are default in 9.3 and higher when creating a new volume on AFF.

What controller model do you have? And what is a version of ONTAP?
With AFF and several last version of ONTAP you have all the efficiencies enabled by default.
