That isn't much to go on.

What version of OCI is this?

In the OCI DWH admin portal (http://...../dwh ) , go to Troubleshooting -> Download DWH Troubleshooting report

Your browser should prompt you to save the resulting zip. Email it to me at ostiguy at netapp dot com
