Hi,
I want to find out on how to integrate Snapmanager for Exchange with OCUM for Clustered mode 6.1?
I want the snapmanager to kick off a snapvault update one the Local Backup of the Exchange is done. Can't find a way to do that with OCUM for Clustered Data ontap 6.1.
Do I need to use the OCUM core package to make this work?
Thanks in advance!
Cheers

Unfortunately today we don't have integration between Snapmanager of Exchange with OCUM 6.1.

No. this is not integrated with SME
AFAIK third party integration are available for Commvault Snapprotect and it coming for Symantec Replication Director

Thanks for the reply, Srinivas.
I might not be clear in asking my question...
I want to do exactly like this for our clustered ontap nodes:

How do I do this?

Hi Kuber,
>you can create protection relationships
Please refer this video as well https://communities.netapp.com/videos/3652

Hi Kuber,
You need to link OC 6.1 with OC WFA; once done you can create protection relationships. I think it's detailed in OC 6.1 Administration Guide.
Cheers,
Thanks for all the information guys. I will go through the links.
I will integrate OC 6.1 with WFA but how to I get the SME talking to the OCUM/WFA?
How would the SME kick off the snapvault updates as soon as its done talking the local snapshots on primary snapvault volume?
Cheers
Hi Kuber,
>How would the SME kick off the snapvault updates as soon as its done talking the local snapshots on primary snapvault volume?
Step 9 mentioned in KB link is not possible
>Step 9 Using the command line on the SnapManager server, verify that SnapDrive has been configured to communicate to the Protection Manager server:
OCUM6.1 doesn't have any integration with Snapdrive/Snapmanager.
Hence you cannot have SME kickoff snapvault updates using OCUM6.1
This can be achieved via Snapdrive itself.I found this
https://library.netapp.com/ecmdocs/ECMP1189419/html/GUID-96CB0C38-EC37-4009-9AF3-A67EB6E7D400.html
hope this helps.

Has anyone been successful in setting this up? I have SME 6.1 and created a snapvault manually but since there is no snapmirror-label on the snapshots on the source filer snapvault refuses to update it...
Hi,
Did you ever found a solution for this problem, because we have the same issue.
Thanks
