How to replace FAS3270 Controller with FAS6240 Controller?

Dear Experts,
Can anybody help me about the procedure (step by step) how to replace FAS3270 Controller - HA Cluster with new one FAS6240 Controller (HA) ? and how about data? do this replacement cause the data on disk shelf (data aggr (aggr1)) overwritten?
Kindly need your suggestion , please?

The painpoints are:
- Same Ontap-Release on source and destination
- root volume size
- check LUN Serials
- check Nodenames
- Disk reassignment
- Mailbox destroy local / Mailbox destroy partner
No Data is overwritten!
The procedure is quite simular to the following article:
I have not found an "Upgrade Guide" from 32xx to 62xx but the workflow is very simular
