Currently running OCI 7.2.3 in prod and 7.3 in dev.

Hi,

Capacity and performance reports wouldn't normally be specific for E-Series. It would be much the same for any block device.

Do you know the NetApp automation store? http://automationstore.netapp.com/onCommandInsight.shtml

Maybe you'll find what you're looking for there. It's the official repository to share reports.
