OCUM 9.5 vmware tools on vsphere 5.5

Hi, 

I am trying to deploy OCUM 9.5 on vsphere 5.5 the vmware tool won't get install and the installation is stuck at the same window, has anyone ever came across this kind of issue, any recommendations please?

I found the solution had to manually downlaod and install the vmware tool after mapping the ISO and its working now.
