OnCommand 6.3 license keys on 7.0.1

I've planned a 6.3 upgrade to a new 7.0.1. Considering that upgrade is from scatch with a db restore I would be sure that the 4 module keys that the customer has are valid to license the 7.0.1.

Yes, their OCI license keys will continue to work with OCI 7.0.1
