Hey all,
OCI 7.1.3 was released as a "First Customer Ship" release today - I strongly suspect it will take very little time for it to be officially blessed as a GA release.
If you are a customer who prefers to run GA releases, I would recommend testing this, and targetting to move to it, especially if you are on OCI 7.0.x , which you really want to move off of.
