Recently installed ONCommand insight and tried to add IBM devices but it is failing to collect reports for IBM DS8300. checked the compatibility matrix and the correct version of DS CLI was installed. Commands are running on the DS CLI using the same username/password given to Oncommand.

Any inputs?
