OnCommand Performance Manager

Hi,

I have deployed OnCommand Performance MAnager OVF, but it is not allowing me to add my cluster IP address in newly deployed.

I have already verified there is no other performance manager running in this network. the IP address which is showing is no longer active. 

is there way to forucefully add cluster with newly added performance manager?
