Hi there,
IHAC who recently purchased S-ATA disks to move his Fileservices (about 12TiB) from FC disks aggr0 to S-ATA disks aggr1 on the same controller. How can i do this while keeping all my OCUM informations intact?
Kind regards,
Thomas

Hi Anton,
when i create a new volume and snapmirror the data over, the volume will be new to OCUM and needs to be re-protected (move 12TB over the network again and wait for snapshot retention to build up etc.).
And i cannot "vol move" as it is a NAS share. For "vol move" i would need to remove the shares and i cannot do so for the time to move a 12TB volume.
Kind regards,
Thomas
