Performance Manager's Utilization metrics

I want to report with Performance Manager.
Please would you tell me below??

*Aggr Utilization
 This metrics is..
  ・top disk util in aggr?
  OR
  ・average of disk util in aggr？

*Node Utilization is..
  ・CPU util * Mem util?
  OR
  ・CPU util OR Mem util(higher)

This is what Aggregate Utilization and Node Utilization represent in OnCommand Performance Manager:

Aggregate Utilization

The percentage of the aggregate's disks currently being used.

Node Utilization

Indicates whether the CPU or memory on any nodes are being overused.
