Something wrong with automationstore?

I am trying to download the Quota Management Pack for WFA without much of success. Clicking the download link gives a witty "404 - Not Found" and same error is displayed when I click Login at automationstore.netapp.com. Another NetApp site that has been Redesigned Beyond All Usability?

Please follow the below steps to download the "Quota Management Pack " from automationstore(automationstore.netapp.com) and I am able to download the pack.

No matter if i click the green icon on the right or go through Quota Management and click the big Download button....

We are also using the same browser with same version, issue is not reproducable.

Is there any other way you can get the WFA Pack available for download?

Just try from another browser. It should work.

I just tried and everything seems to be working fine as others have said.

 

You can talk to the netapp account team or netapp customer support to get the pack.

Should I try more browsers?

You are not getting to the single sign on page after clicking on the link.

SSO page should have popped up. Something in your network is blocking it.

Try accessing from your smartphone or some other machine which is not in the same network

and check if your login is working.

NetApp Support Site, FieldPortal, Hardware Universe, ATP, Synergy and a bunch of other NetApp sites work just fine with single sign on. But when I go to https://automationstore.netapp.com there is a Login button, just as if the credentials are not passed over. And whenever I click it I get a 404. The existence of a web page cannot depend on our internal network infrastructure, can it?

I am able to get to the download as well.  Do you have someone else in your organization with a netapp support login.  If they could try, that would help us isolate it from your user id, to your infrastructure, or our code.

I got the WFA pack from the local NetApp team and it worked like a charm (except that it is hard coded to only work with ONTAP 8.3...) so there is no need to spend more time on this for now.

On a possibly related note, I am trying to download the "SVM DR" pack (from the internal network) and cannot get past the captcha.  And I know I typed it right at least once out of the 6-7 times I tried.  Reproduced both with MS Edge and Exploder.

Hi all,

 

Same here but with any pack.

Even the login page gives 404.

It is a real pain to setup the OnCommand stack.

No doc, multiple places to get stuff downloaded, installed and NOT working.

Where are your devops!

I'm experiencing the same issues as the other posters.  I started to experience this issue early last week.  I have tried multiple browsers on different computers.  One thing to note, when I try to login it takes me to https://login.netapp.com.  This page looks different than the standard login screen at https://signin.netapp.com.  Also, when I click the forgot password button link on the https://login.netapp.com it gives me an invalid DNS address as it's taking me to it.netapp.com.  Looks like some links need to be updated.
