Upgrade OCUM from 7.1 to 7.2 or 7.3

Hi,

I am planning for an upgrade from 7.1 to 7.2 or 7.3, how the DB is going to get merged and what is going to happen the OCPM server, Commvaukt is used for backup is it going to affect that, and also is the upgrade process straight forward? OCUM & OCPM are currently appliances running on ESX as VMs.

You have to upgrade OCUM from 7.1 to 7.2, then migrate the performance stats from OCPM 7.1. If you do not care much of the perf historic stats, the OCUM 7.2 will collect last 15 days of historic perf stats and continue to collect new stats.

Note that OCUM 7.1 to 7.3 upgrade is supported. But perf data migration from OCPM 7.1 to OCUM 7.3 is not supported.
