WFA 3.1RC1 - Table User Input - mandatory checkbox disabled

Hi All,

I noticed the checkbox for 'Mandatory' on a user input with type of Table is now greyed out. 

If I change the type to any other Type of user input I can check/uncheck the checkbox as normal.  I'm reading through the documentation and don't see anything noting this as a change but maybe I've missed it.  Does anyone know if this is intentional or not?

There are some changes went into 3.1RC1 for table user input query. I will double check and let you know tomorrow about the mandatory checkbox disabled

The mandatory option is available at column level.
