WFA: Problem to create CIFS Shares

Hi,

I created a Workflow which is doing these steps:

  1. Create Volume
  2. Create CIFS Share (same CIFS Share Name on both vfilers)
  3. Set CIFS Share ACL Permissions
  4. Delete 'everyone' from CIFS Share ACL Permissions

This should happen on 2 different Vfiler. After running my workflow on Vfiler-A successfully, on Vfiler-B my workflow fails @ Create CIFS Share step.

Problem is the same CIFS Share name on Vfiler-A and Vfiler-B.

Is it a bug? How can I handle this?

When I create the CIFS Shares maually via CLI oder via Powershell, it works!

I'm Using WFA 4.1.0.0.1RC1 running on Windows Server 2012.

Br,

Lukas

Doesn't seem right, can you include screenshot or exact text of error?

Hi,

I tried it now again and It works. I think it was a DFM problem. When I delete Volumes / CIFS shares via WFA, the deleted ressources are not deleted from DFM-DB. How I can update the DFM-DB manually or which task is responsible for updating the DFM-DB ?

Thank you,

Lukas
