Where do you download the WFA vCO plugin?

Can't seem to find where the plugin is.  Links that i found were all broken.

Hi, that is one of the broken links that i was referring to.  When you click on the download link it errors out.  I found the 3.0 zip file on mcloud.com.  Is that the latest version?
