Hi Terren,

Could you please provide below details

a) Which version of DFM is in use?

b) cifs_latency counter is available at both storage system level and also at volume level, hope you're referring the one which is at storage system level?

c) Is it possbile to get the DFM database ?

Nagesh

Terrence,

Latest available version is DFM3.7.1 and it is highly recommended to upgrade to atleast DFM 3.6 R2 version. Because many Burts and serious

performance related issues got fixed in recent releases. You can contact Ravi P Reddy (Product Manager) for more details and also he can help

you further in feature demos etc...

Nagesh,

As told by the user that the issue was resloved by stoping performance advisor from the filer with the options setting and then reenabling it. Looks like there is the setting missing for this filer. Thanks for your help.

Cheers,

Terrence
