Active IQ and AutoSupport Discussions
Network Node Manager is receiving our traps but it is not associating the traps with the Active IQ host we have placed in NNM.
The traps don't seem to have an associated IP/hostname that is sending the trap so we can know where they're coming from in NNM. Has anyone ran into a similar problem?
Update on this, Network Node Manager is receiving all the traps, but they're coming from 127.0.0.1.
Does anyone know if there's a setting inside AIQ we need to change to have it show up as being from the correct IP?
I think you are talking about Unified Manager. Putting in that text might help the right people see this because I think people have search filters enabled.
