Active IQ and AutoSupport Discussions
Hello Folks ,
Active IQ unified manager 9.7 has been configured on server A , I am trying to access it thru Server B . It throws error telling "took too long to respond"
Is it like it can only be accessible on serverA or can also access over other machines over the same network.
If yes, Please help me with the steps to resolve this.

AIQUM is a web app, so you should access it using a supported browser over the network pointing to the IP/name of the server you installed it on.
Can you access it from server A?
Yes , i am able to access one server on which it is being installed and configured . Does it any additional configuration or setting to make it enable to access over remote machines ?
Are you installing it on Windows or Linux?
Any local firewall enabled?
Using telnet from server B can you tell that port 443 is open on server A?
