ActiveIQ User - customer login accessing two companies' data

Hi team,

One simple question: is it possible to associate a customer's ActiveIQ login with two different companies? (there are two companies that this customer works for and he'd like to gain access to view equipment's ActiveIQ data from both companies on that portal).

are the companies under the same ownership?  i.e. did one buy the other?  or he works for two separate?   

if it's the latter, I don't think it's doable.   If it's the former,  should be doable.       

Either way though, have you opened a non-technical case yet to see what they can do for you?
