Does anyone else have problems with Autosupport test email acknowledgements? When testing autosupport with options autosupport.doit Test, I wait for the NetApp email acknowledgement to make sure it posted correctly, but never receive an email response. This was working for years, and now it seems to be hit or miss. Even though there is no email response, addresses in the the autosupport.to field receive the autosupport and they actually post to NetApp/NOW.
I have tried this from many locations / controllers with the same problem.
Sorry for the delay Brendon. Everything seems to be OK now with both my FAS units and my customer units. I was successfully receiving the email from the FAS, but no email acknowledgement from NetApp. It seemed to have been an intermittent problem, and has gone away!
