For systems on eval at customer sites, it is generally possible for a customer to see them on active IQ. The customer will need to have a NetApp Support Site account validated and up and running for their organisation, but I believe that is the only step needed. Please feel free to reach out to me via email with customer details (support username and eval equipment serial numbers) and I'll see what's up.
