Error running upgrade advisor

I'm trying to run upgrade advisor for one of our clusters, I just want to know of any gotchas going from 8.1P1 to 8.1.2, all I get is 'Upgrade Plan generation failed for this system, please retry.' Does this look familiar to anyone?

Can you try it now and revert? Also do you have the serial numbers?
