Event Viewer not working - no records to display

Hi,

Anyone had a problem with viewing EMS and Syslog in MyAutosupport?

I have used it before, but recently it stopped working. I tried different browsers and versions, cleared temporary files, reinstalled necesarry plug-ins, but nothing helps. It allways returns a message "no records to display".

Try specifying longer date ranges.

Even if I select "last 2 weeks" the message is no records to display.

Last ASUP was received today.

any other idea?
