we have 3 NetApp FAS installed under our Support Site login, is possible to create an additional account for a user in NetApp Support Site able to view and create tickets only for one of these FAS?
Under My Profile, of the main account I see "Register New User" and "New Employer" but I don't know how to proced.

Generally, it's not possible. You could separate your inventory into two different logical companies, but that would limit your access to that system also. If that's what you want, open a non-technical support case.
