Is there a problem with the My Autosupport site? When I'm trying to launch MyAutosupport i'll get an error;
A 500 error has occurred:
It seems to be an known issue and the development team opened a case for it.
I've just tried and I can get logged in to ASUP fine. Can get to Storage efficiency and protocol throughput graphs no problem
I've tried with IE9, Chrome en IE7 but nothing works. Just opened a case to solve this issue. Strange thing is that it does work with the mobile app
I am not seeing any problems with My AutoSupport - this is as an employee from a VPN connection, at least.
